Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service are the terms and conditions for BrandTimer, an electronic service under Polish law. BrandTimer is a product of Vivivo Solutions, operated under the Uynix brand. It is a separate product from EmailStitch.
Provider: Vivivo Solutions, ul. Cicha 26, 96-513 Kozłów Biskupi, Poland. NIP: 1251758025. REGON: 526903367. Contact: contact@uynix.com.
The Services are the BrandTimer website, the app, the editor, and the timer images we serve. Also read the Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Right of withdrawal, and Data Processing Addendum. Those documents are part of the agreement.
2. Agreement
Creating an account, paying for a plan, or embedding a timer binds you. If you use BrandTimer for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization, and “you” includes it.
You must be at least 16. If you disagree with these Terms, do not use the Services.
3. The service
BrandTimer makes countdown images for email. You start from a template or your own HTML and CSS, optionally ask AI to restyle it from your brand, set a deadline, and paste an image address into the email tool you already use. When someone opens the email, we build a fresh GIF for the time remaining.
You can use the editor without an account. Saving timers, brand kits, and higher limits needs an account. Sign-in is provided by Clerk.
Plans, prices, and limits are the ones shown in the app and at checkout. Today they are:
| Plan | Price | Opens / month | Active timers | AI restyles / month | Brand kits | Badge |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 20,000 | 2 | 3 with an account | 1 | Yes |
| Pro | $12 / month, or $120 / year | 500,000 | Unlimited | 30 | 1 | No |
| Business | $39 / month, or $390 / year | 2,000,000 | Unlimited | 100 | 5 | No |
| Agency | $99 / month, or $990 / year | 10,000,000 | Unlimited | 300 | Unlimited | No |
Yearly billing is ten months’ price. A launch offer, if one is running, is the price shown at checkout. Without an account, AI restyle is limited to one attempt per network address per day.
Going over the monthly opens does not switch a timer off. We email you, and we ask you to move up a plan only if it happens two months in a row. The other limits (active timers, restyles, brand kits) apply when you create something new.
On the Free plan we add a small BrandTimer mark to the image, including emails you have already sent. The mark comes off when the account is on a paid plan, including on those already-sent emails.
4. What the image will and will not do
- Outlook on desktop shows the first frame of a GIF. The time is right for the moment the email was opened, and the image does not tick.
- The displayed time can be up to about 10 seconds behind the real time, because opens in the same short window share one image.
- Deleting one timer keeps the image working and shows that timer’s “after the deadline” design, so emails already sent do not break.
- Deleting the account removes the images. Emails already sent then stop showing them.
- Words in the template are the same for every recipient. The only per-recipient value we support is a deadline your email tool adds to the image address.
- You are responsible for the font licence. A font that is allowed on a website is not always allowed inside an image.
The Services are provided as available. There is no uptime guarantee. We build the image path so a campaign is not switched off for going over a plan, and we do not promise that every mailbox, proxy, or network will load it.
5. AI restyle
If you ask for a restyle, we send your template, the brand fields you entered, and styling from a public page at a web address you gave us to our AI provider, so it can return new HTML. In production that provider is Cloudflare Workers AI. We do not use your content to train models.
The result can be wrong, incomplete, or unlike your brand. You review it before you send an email. We do not promise that a restyle is free of third-party rights.
6. Technical requirements
You need a current browser with JavaScript, and an internet connection. The app needs sign-in cookies. The person who opens an email needs a mail app that loads images.
7. Accounts
Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under the account. One person per account. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that breaks these Terms, that we cannot verify, or that creates a security or legal risk.
8. Your content
You keep all rights in the templates, brand material, and other content you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, render, restyle, store, and display that content only so we can run BrandTimer for you. We do not claim ownership of it.
You confirm you have the rights you need, including for logos, copy, and fonts, and that the content does not break the rules in section 9. You decide what emails to send and to whom. Recipient lists stay in your email tool. Do not put them, or payment card data, into a template or a brand kit.
For the content you store and for serving the image in your campaigns, you are the controller and we are the processor. The Data Processing Addendum covers that. For accounts, billing, and security of the service, we are the controller, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use
Do not:
- use the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, including phishing, malware, or impersonation;
- upload content you do not have the rights to use;
- send spam, or use a timer in email the recipient did not agree to receive where the law requires consent;
- put special-category data (such as health, religion, or biometrics) into a template or brand kit;
- try to access another customer’s account or data, bypass a limit, or probe the service except through the features we offer;
- overload the image address, or use it to run up usage on someone else’s account;
- resell the Services as a white-label product. Using BrandTimer for your own clients, under your account, is allowed. The Agency plan is built for that.
To report abuse, email contact@uynix.com. We may remove content, suspend an account, or stop serving an image that breaks this section.
10. Fees and billing
Paid plans are sold and invoiced by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle calculates tax, takes payment, and sends the invoice. We never see or store your card number. A subscription is charged at the start of each period. There is no free trial of a paid plan; the Free plan is the way to try the product. There is no contractual refund.
You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You then return to Free, and the Free badge and Free creation limits apply. While Paddle is retrying a failed payment, the paid plan stays. If the subscription is canceled or paused, the account returns to Free. Timer images keep loading either way, until you delete the account.
A consumer’s statutory right to withdraw is set out in the Right of withdrawal.
11. Complaints
Email contact@uynix.com from your account address, with a short description of the problem.
12. Liability
The Services are provided as is. We do not exclude liability that Polish law does not let us exclude, including liability for intentional fault. Where the law allows a cap, our total liability arising out of the Services in any twelve months is the fees you paid for BrandTimer in that period, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing.
We are not liable for what your email tool, a mailbox provider, or a recipient’s network does with the image, or for campaigns you send. You are responsible for the emails you send and for having a lawful basis to send them.
13. Ending use
You can stop using BrandTimer at any time and delete the account in Settings. Deleting the account requires you to cancel a paid subscription first, then confirm with your email address. We delete the account, timers, brand kits, and image files, and we delete the sign-in at Clerk.
We may suspend or close the Services for a breach of these Terms, a security risk, a legal requirement, or if we discontinue BrandTimer.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top is the current version. If a change is material, we will give notice in the app or by email before it applies to a paid plan you already have. Continuing to use BrandTimer after the change takes effect is acceptance, except where the law requires a clearer yes.
15. Law
Polish law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules. If you use BrandTimer as a business, the courts of Sochaczew, Poland, have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory courts and rights of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms removes a right the law does not let us remove.
