Right of withdrawal

There is no contractual refund. Paid plans are sold by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment and returns any sum the law requires. This page is the information required before a consumer buys. The provider of the service is Vivivo Solutions, ul. Cicha 26, 96-513 Kozłów Biskupi, Poland. contact@uynix.com.

If you are not a consumer

The right below does not apply. You may cancel in Plan and billing. Cancellation stops the next charge. It does not return the period already paid for.

If you are a consumer

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you bought the paid plan, without giving a reason. It is enough that you send the statement before the 14 days end. The period runs from that purchase. A later renewal does not start it again, except where the law of your country says it does.

Checkout is your express request that the paid plan starts during those 14 days. You acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal when that paid period has been fully performed. Until then the right stands.

If you withdraw, you pay for the supply up to the day we receive your statement, in proportion to the price of that billing period. The rest of that payment is returned within 14 days of receipt of your statement, by the same payment method, through Paddle. Paid access ends when you withdraw.
